Box Media Store is not responsible for the content streamed to the device and neither do we condone piracy. You must satisfy yourself that either you or the sites accessed for streaming have the copyright agreements in place and are entitled to access this content.

Box Media Store is in no way affiliated with XBMC.org or Kodi.TV, XBMC/KODI does not support the 3rd party add-ons included so if you are looking for support, please contact the add-on developer.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE XBMC/KODI ADD-ONS WHICH GIVE YOU ACCESS TO WATCH MOVIES AND TV CHANNELS ONLINE ARE ALL CREATED BY THIRD PARTY ADD-ON DEVELOPERS AND ARE NOT THE OFFICIAL INTENDED PURPOSE OF THE XBMC MEDIA CENTRE. BOX MEDIA STORE CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE MOVIES AND TV CHANNELS ONLINE THAT PEOPLE ARE WATCHING.

We do not host or support ANY of the add-ons included in the box or wizard. Please use these add-ons at your own risk and abide by your country’s copyright laws.

We can however recommend using paid streaming services on your Box Media Android TV  Box such as Netflix and Google Play Movies. These services often provide better quality picture, no buffering and are affordable.

We do not host or upload any video, films, media file, live streams (avi, mov, flv, mpg, mpeg, divx, dvd rip, mp3, mp4, torrent, iPod, psp), Box Media Store is not responsible for the accuracy, compliance, copyright, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of streamed from your device. If you have any legal issues please contact the appropriate media file owners or host sites.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BOX MEDIA STORE, ITS SUPPORT STAFF AND AFFILIATED PERSONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS DEVICE WHATSOEVER.

This is a media streaming device that uses the internet to search for links and streams from all over the world we have no control over the links.

We reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any products or information shown on the website from time to time. Prices and availability are subject to change.

Box Media Store does not control, endorse and is not responsible for the availability or content of any third party applications compatible with the Android operating system that may subsequently be installed on the device. We have not developed or commercially released any Android or XBMC/KODI application and as such cannot be held responsible for the content found within any compatible application installed by the user.

Box Media Store, will not be liable for any damages (including without limitation of profit or loss of use) arising out of your use or delay or inability to use the website, content or any link to another website arising in contract, tort, (including negligence) or otherwise except in the case of death or personal injury caused by Box Media Store negligence.

Due to the nature of this item essentially being a home computing system running the android operating system, we are not responsible for the content accessed via this device and neither. Please ensure that you satisfy yourself that either you or the sites or applications you access have the relevant copyright agreements in place or you are indeed entitled to access any content you choose to.

Box Media Store takes no responsibility for the use any of our products once they are dispatched.

This legal notice distances Box Media Store from any potentially illegal activities associated with the Android TV devices we provide. We sell these devices as a home PC system to provide you the function of turning your TV into a smart TV, using innovative features only, to stream non-copyrighted materials via YouTube or XBMC, Netflix, share pictures, videos and general internet surfing.

For the best user experience we recommend a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps connection. Anything less can result in latency and buffering issues during video playback. The box is NOT the cause of buffering.

We do NOT recommend this product for anyone who expects to replace their cable or satellite provider and receive the exact same experience

For those of you that need Live HD Sports or local channels, we recommend you use this box as a “companion” to your existing cable, satellite or HD antenna.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
